With the current season of televisual delights in some cases drawing to a close, I thought I might try to stimulate some postmortem discussion on our respective favourite shows, in a fun format I devised called Did it Deliver?

It’s starting to piss me off.

So, has anyone been watching Fringe, fast-tracked or illegallydownloaded super-fast-tracked or whatever method of watching you prefer?

I have been, it has that mystery and appeal that there is something big going down and its kind of reeling me in because of it. I also don’t think the acting is too bad and I don’t think the show takes itself that seriously. Some people may see that in a negative light, but I’m thankful for the sometimes horrible one-liners and upper-middle-class physics jokes they throw around.

The third episode I just watched was pretty good.
I think the show is so batshit insane, that it might just work.

So, who has watched the season-opener double of Heroes?

Personally, I liked it. Angry-emo-scarface-future-Peter was good. His latest absorbed superpower is apparently bein’ all pissed off.

So the wife has fallen asleep so i’m randomly watching TV and surfing the mighty internet. I stumble across 20 to 1….. Fuck you Burt Newton !!! (or is it Bert, or who cares??)

Following the trend here a bit, I’m going to talk about the exciting Fall 08 television schedule. For the record, I never got into Prison Break but intend to watch it from the start at some point. Anyway, I’m gonna discuss some shows returning in the coming weeks which I’m most excitipated about!

So, Season 4 began Monday night. I’ve been with the show since season one because I highly enjoy the twists and turns that come with it. It’s been lacking a bit, I think, since the end of season 2 and most of the third season seemed less enjoyable then anything prior. I have a few thoughts on the premiere after the jump. Spoilers inclusive.

I’ve never watched the show, in any of its incarnations, at any point in time.

But over the past few weeks I’ve been watching the current series on ABC and I must say it’s jolly good.
